Having received your input through this survey, the Practice has worked with the PatientParticipation group to instigate a "Did Not Attend" Policy in line with your views. The "Did Not Attend" rate for the calendar year 2011 was 4.71%, which is reduction on last year (5.74%) and we hope this will continue to improve.
